Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic (US): Typically 4–7 business days via USPS.
- International: Typically 1–3 weeks depending on your location and customs efficiency.
Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can monitor your "Timeless" piece every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your clock arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
- I will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund, as each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation.
- Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
