At Timeless Euphoria Art, I want you to feel the same joy and energy from your timepiece that I felt while creating it. Because each clock is a unique, hand-crafted work of art made from reclaimed ceramics, please note the following:
1. Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you have any concerns.
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, soulfully-crafted condition and original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or Personalized Orders (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
- Items on Sale (all "Seconds" or clearance sales are final).
3. Damaged or "Stonish" Issues
I pour my heart into packing these fragile pieces securely. However, if your clock arrives broken:
- Contact me immediately (within 48 hours) with photos of the damaged item and the box.
- I will provide a full refund or a store credit toward a new piece of your choice. Since every item is a "one-of-one," a exact replacement is usually not possible—but I will work with you to find a solution you love.
4. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
